MPA free BBQ and discussion
As part of the seminar afternoon, all coursework and research postgraduates are invited to come and find out about the services that MPA can provide at the Alfred Medical Research and Education Precinct including advice and advocacy, postgraduate seminars and social events. This is also an opportunity to inform the MPA about the needs of AMREP postgraduates. Meet other postgraduates and help us develop a postgraduate network. Free BBQ will be provided.

The Monash Postgraduate Association and Monash Research Graduate School, is offering an afternoon of sessions specifically for AMREP-based postgraduates.
Please note the two sessions run concurrently.

PowerPoint 2003 for advanced users
Whether you have participated in the PowerPoint for Beginners workshop, or you have already accumulated skills in the software, this workshop will show you advanced techniques in how to formulate presentations. This workshop will take students through how to create and edit an organisation chart, add subordinates, and how to format organisation chart branches.

Introduction to EndNote
EndNote software helps you manage references and create bibliographies. Records downloaded in the session will be from Health Sciences databases. This hands-on session will cover creating an Endnote library; transferring records from a database into an EndNote Library; and applying and editing EndNote styles to a bibliography.
